Happy Valentine’s Day! <3

For Valentine’s Day, I wrote Tulpesh a card and knitted him a bookmark and a pair of fingerless mittens. You can see my new knitting projects on Ravelry.

For me, Tulpesh wrote a card and cooked me a three-course meal with wine. It was oh so romantic and very, very tasty!

I started to knit when I was little and was given a cardboard box with a knitting kit inside as a gift, which contained patterns, knitting needles and yarn. My proudest achievement was knitting an entire red dog for my mum – legs, ears, head etc. I haven’t knitted for years, but now I am (belatedly) joining the bandwagon. I have ordered my first knitting set – suitable for ages 8 and up…! Will post photos when done! The mice are, obviously, for our cats. :-)
